1. About the service
Waitera helps you discover events, save things you are waiting for, and follow dates and status. When a date is unknown, the service regularly checks available sources and notifies you when it finds a confirmed date. An event may be postponed, cancelled or never happen. Waitera is not an event organizer, ticket seller or representative of the companies and people mentioned.

3. Age, accounts and acceptable use
The service is for users aged 16 and over; there is no children’s version. If the law applicable to you requires permission from a parent or legal guardian to enter into this agreement, obtain it before using the service. Guest access is not anonymous: the service uses a technical identifier. Use an available sign-in method to keep access on another device. Do not share sign-in codes. Do not access other people’s data, bypass limits, disrupt the service or infringe others’ rights. Do not enter passwords, payment details, medical records or other people’s private information into search.
4. Information and notifications
Dates, status and AI search results may be inaccurate. Check with the organizer or original source before buying tickets, travelling or making other significant decisions. Source checks and notification delivery are not continuous and depend on source availability, connectivity and device settings. You can turn notifications off in the app and phone settings. External links open when you choose them; those sites have their own terms. Event names, images and materials belong to their respective rights holders. You retain your rights in your input and allow its processing as needed to provide the service features you select.
5. Free MVP and future plans
The current MVP lets you save up to five expectations at a time for free. You can remove expectations and add others. Expressing interest in a future plan is not a purchase, subscription or authorization to charge you. Waitera does not receive bank card details for this expression of interest. Before paid features launch, the current price, billing period, renewal, cancellation and refund rules will be shown separately. A paid subscription will not begin without a separate action by you.
6. Ending use and deleting an account
You may stop using the app at any time. Uninstalling the app does not delete the server account. Registered users can request deletion in their profile or contact waitera.support@gmail.com without access to the app. We may need to verify ownership to protect the account; do not send a password or one-time code. The privacy policy explains deletion and the retention of certain records. Access may be restricted as necessary for violations of these rules; contact the address above to ask for the reason or challenge the restriction.
7. Requests, responsibility and changes
Send questions, bug reports and complaints to waitera.support@gmail.com. We maintain the service with reasonable care, but do not promise that it will never fail or that every expectation will come true. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or user rights that cannot lawfully be limited. The proposed terms are governed by Georgian law while preserving mandatory protections in your country of residence and your right to a competent court; they do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver. Material changes will be communicated in the app or on the website before they apply, with separate consent where required. An effective date has not yet been set for this draft.
